Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AgentGRaiL (“the Service”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all Terms, please do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

2. Beta Service

AgentGRaiL is currently in beta. Features may change, be removed, or become temporarily unavailable without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes via email or in-app announcements.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. You are liable for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@agentgrail.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions & Refund Policy

AgentGRaiL is offered on a monthly subscription basis (Basic, Premium, and Pro plans). All fees are billed in advance at the start of each billing period.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial subscription start date. Refunds are not available after 14 days or for subsequent billing periods. To request a refund, email support@agentgrail.ai with the subject line “Refund Request”. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Account > Billing page. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period with no further charges. We do not prorate partial-month cancellations beyond the 14-day window.

Founding Member Pricing

Users who subscribe during the Founding Member beta period are guaranteed their locked-in rate (currently $19/month) for 12 months from the date of their original subscription, even if standard pricing increases. This guarantee applies only to continuous subscriptions — canceling and re-subscribing forfeits the rate lock.

5. AI Accuracy & Recommendations

AgentGRaiL uses machine learning models to predict the likelihood that a sports card will receive a high grade from a professional grading company (e.g., PSA 10). These predictions are estimates only, not guarantees, and should be treated as one input among many in your own due diligence process.

• BUY / PASS / REVIEW recommendations are decision-support aids, not investment advice. AgentGRaiL is not a registered investment adviser. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice.
• PSA grading outcomes are determined solely by Professional Sports Authenticator (PSA) and other independent grading companies. Our AI predictions do not bind, influence, or represent the opinion of any grading company.
• Sub-criteria scores (centering, corners, edges, surface) are in active beta and are continuously improving with each scan. Treat them as directional indicators, not definitive measurements.
• AgentGRaiL shall not be liable for any financial losses, grading surprises, or missed opportunities arising from reliance on AI-generated analysis or recommendations. You assume full responsibility for all purchasing, selling, and grading decisions.

6. Disclaimers & No Affiliation

AgentGRaiL is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the following companies or brands: eBay Inc., Professional Sports Authenticator (PSA), Beckett Grading Services (BGS), SGC, CGC, Beckett Media, Panini America, The Topps Company, Upper Deck, Fanatics, or any sports league, team, or player.

All trademarks, service marks, logos, and brand names referenced on the platform are the property of their respective owners. Use of these names is for identification and informational purposes only.

Card images displayed on the platform are sourced from publicly accessible eBay listings. AgentGRaiL does not claim ownership of or licensing rights to these images. If you are the rightful owner of an image and wish to have it removed, contact us at legal@agentgrail.ai.

7. Acceptable Use & User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to extract data from the Service at scale.
• Resell, sublicense, or provide third-party access to AI predictions or API responses.
• Use watchlist or scan data to facilitate fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative activity on eBay or any other marketplace.
• Reverse-engineer the AI models, classification logic, or underlying algorithms.
• Violate any applicable law, including export control, consumer protection, or intellectual property law.
• Transmit malicious code, interfere with the integrity of the Service, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, AI models, designs, and original content comprising the AgentGRaiL platform are owned by AgentGRaiL and protected by applicable copyright, trade secret, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI PREDICTIONS WILL BE ACCURATE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AGENTGRAIL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, AI RECOMMENDATIONS, OR ANY CARD PURCHASING OR GRADING DECISIONS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO AGENTGRAIL IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the Service in ways that harm other users. You may cancel your account at any time from the Account settings page. Upon termination, your personal data will be anonymized in accordance with our data retention policy (see Privacy Policy, Section 6). Subscription fees paid for the current billing period are non-refundable except as provided in Section 4.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify you via email or an in-app notice at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
