Trial accounts get 10 free AI scans with no credit card required. After that, a Founding Member subscription ($19/month during beta) gives you 120 scans per month.

The classifier is trained primarily on Baseball, Basketball, and Football cards. Pokémon and other TCGs have been tested with generally good results. Performance is best on standard rectangular cards with clean, well-lit photos. Heavily stylized or foil-heavy cards may reduce accuracy.

Our primary classifier achieves ~87% validation accuracy on held-out graded card images (CLIP ViT-B/32 Grail Head v2.2). Sub-criteria scores (Centering, Corners, Edges, Surface) are in beta and may be less precise. Real-world accuracy varies with image quality — always review recommendations before purchasing.

Below 60% confidence the result shows as REVIEW — the image may be unclear, the card borderline, or the model uncertain. Try re-scanning with better lighting.

Yes — on the scan result page you can tag defects or mark corrections. Your feedback trains the AI model over time.

Prices come from recent eBay sold listings — we show averages from comparable recent sales for your card's player, year, brand, and grade.

Prices refresh each time you view a card or run an AI search. Market data comes from eBay's sold comps API in real time.

Some rare or low-volume cards have no recent eBay sales. Try removing the grade filter or searching by player name only.

Yes — cancel from Settings → Billing or the Stripe portal at /pricing. Your Founding Member access stays active until the end of your billing period.

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first charge. Email support@agentgrail.ai and we'll process it the same day.

Yes — go to Settings → Account → Export My Data to download a JSON file with your scan history and account data.

Never. Your scans are private by default. Card images may be used anonymously to improve our AI — opt out in Settings → Privacy.

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. All your data is permanently removed within 30 days per our privacy policy.
